COMPLETE SYSTEM FOR WET AND DRY SPRAYED CONCRETE

The OCMER system for sprayed concrete type OCS.D-6896 COMPLETO is normally mounted on a Dieci carrier driven from turbo Diesel engine Perkins, four stokes, for cylinders, 4400 cm3 water cooled delivering 101 HP at 2200 r.p.m.

The wagon is equipped with hydrostatic transmission with variable flow pump, four-wheel steering, transverse movement, anti-tipping device, and self-locking differential on the front axle. The cabin is ROPS-FOPS, heated and soundproofed. The equipment can be mounted as well on a wagon in the availability of the Customer.

The system includes:

• Rotor machine type OCM-068 UNIVERSALE, which can apply wet and dry concrete linings in volume up to 15-16 cubic meters/hour
• Dosing unit OCMER type ODP-018 LIQUIDO, synchronized with the concrete output, to dose the liquid quick setting chemical admixtures in volumes adjustable from 80 to 700 litres/hour at 10 bar.
• Spraying Arm type OSM-9600 RAPIDO, with axial movement at the head of 2000 mm stroke for an intuitive use.

This system is mainly used in medium/large tunnels, consolidation works and construction of hydroelectric power plants.

The great manoeuvrability of the Dieci carrier allows it to be used also in places with difficult access and on highly bumpy terrain.
