CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS FOR MECHANIZED TUNNEL EXCAVATION

For over a decade, Ocmer has collaborated with the main manufacturers of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs), designing together with them dedicated solutions for pea gravel pneumatic conveyance, intended to fill the space between excavation and the preformed segments.

The machines are largely modified to adapt themselves to the layout in which they have be inserted, thus facilitating the displacement of the delivery and feeding lines.

The same machines can be used to spray both wet and dry concrete mixes. These applications are carried out manually if exceptionals, while a spray arm is recommended if they were occur routinely. Ocmer designs and manufactures special spray arms for the just mentioned application. 

Once again, the availability to propose dedicated solutions that respond to specific needs constitutes the basis of the relationship with the Customer, in a sector where this attitude often becomes necessary and always allows to optimize spaces and reduce costs.
