OCM-036 UNICA DOSA 4.0

MACHINE FOR SPRAYING CONCRETE AND REFRACTORY MASSES VIA WET AND DRY METHODS

The OCM-036 UNICA-DOSA 4.0 is a rotor machine ready for the industry 4.0 suitable to spray wet and dry concrete mixes.
The machine, in fact, can be connected to the web through a WI FI network, using its proprietary SIM card or a hot spot source (typically a mobile phone).
Once connected both user and manufacturer can connect to the machine from remote using a dedicated application.

A simple USB key inside the electrical panel records the main operating parameters of the machine in Excel format, including: the litres /h of additive, the litres/h and the water pressure, the rotor rpm, the pressure of the compressed air.
To export these data, simply extract the key, insert it into another recording device (PC, laptop, tablet, external memory unit, etc.) and copy the data contained therein.

The machine can be equipped with rotors specifically designed for the dry application of refractory masses, with the aim of maximizing the continuity of the material flow from the nozzle.

The OCM-036 UNICA-DOSA 4.0 allows superior performance (up to 4-5 cubic meters/hour of effective output) as to the one typically required for this type of application. It is therefore particularly useful when there is a need to shorten intervention times without compromising the quality of the application.
