The spray arms of the RAPIDO series are intended for remote movement of the spray pistol when applying sprayed concrete linings both with dry or wet method.

Their use allows you to improve working conditions and significantly increase productivity.

The range consists of three models.

The OSM-8600 RAPIDO model, mainly intended for the consolidation of slopes and foundations, as well as for the restoration of the banks of irrigation canals and in small/medium sized tunnels.

In order to make the use of its arms in tunnels intuitive, OCMER has developed two models of different sizes, both equipped with axial head movement with with 2000 mm stroke that allows to keep the pistol perpendicular to the wall to be sprayed in a simple and intuitive way.

The smaller of the two models, the OSM-7200 RAPIDO, is suitable for working in tunnels up to 10- 11 meters in diameter, while the larger one, the OSM-9600 RAPIDO can operate in sections up to 14-15 metres.

All models can be supplied in free standing version or mounted on a duly stabilized wagon.
