Ocmer, in collaboration with some of the most important producers of refractory masses, has long been producing systems for mixing with water and spraying refractory masses to line the tundishes at the end of any work cycle.

The plants can be in large extent configured by Customers according to their needs: single or double silos and mixers, load cells, different vibration and fluidization systems for the material inside the silo, heated water tank, digital litres counter, data recording and transmission, automatic and manual start up and shut down cycles.

Two plants in basic configuration, are shown as examples: ORP-300 and ORP-302.
