MACHINE FOR WET AND DRY SPRAYED CONCRETE LININGS

It features the same pumping groups and hoses’ section as the economical OCM-035 L SIMPLEX version. Like the latter, it can be used for wet and dry sprayed concrete applications with effective outputs of up to 5 M3/h.

Easy to use, robust, compact and manoeuvrable, it finds its typical field of application in foundation and soil consolidation works, restoration of damaged structures, medium/small section tunnels, typically in hydroelectric projects or in the mining sector. Finally, it can also be used in the pneumatic conveyance of crushed stone, expanded clay and granular materials in general.

The OCM-036 UNICA features the exclusive hydraulic clamping system of the rubber sealing gaskets on the rotor, which allows you to optimize the wear of gaskets and rotor plates, besides allowing its use even in extreme conditions. Recommended when low slump wet mixes have to be sprayed or when large distances have to be reached. In such cases, in fact, the effective hydraulic sealing of the rotor allows to better compensate the high pressures that develop inside the pipe. 

Finally, like all Ocmer rotor machines, the OCM-036 UNICA can also be supplied complete with high pressure water pump, wired or radio remote control, dosing unit for the liquid quick setting chemical admixtures (DOSA version) and module for recording and transmitting the main production parameters.
