THE OCMER OCM-049 MEDIA is a highly efficient rotor machine for spraying concrete both wet and dry, with effective flow rates from 2-3 cubic meters/h up to 09-10 cubic meters/h.

Synthesis of fifty years of experience, it allows to obtain high performances together with the optimization of sealing gaskets and rotor plates consumption.

The OCM-049 MEDIA also allows you to overturn the hopper and extract the heavy rotor by means of two dedicated hydraulic pistons, allowing a single person to carry out ordinary maintenance operations with minimal efforts, quickly and safely.

The great flexibility of the machine both in terms of workable mixtures and useful flow rates allows for a very wide range of applications.

The OCM-049 MEDIA is in fact widely used in the construction of tunnels and in ground consolidation and foundation works. It is then mounted, almost always in special configuration, on the back ups of the T.B.M. of medium/large size, where crushed stones are pneumatically conveyed to backfill the space between the excavation and the prefabricated formworks.

Like all OCMER rotor machines, the OCM-049 MEDIA can be supplied in the DOSA version which integrates a dosing unit for the liquid quick setting chemical admixtures synchronized with the concrete flow rate, as well as complete with a high pressure water pump , wire or radio remote control.
