HIGH CAPACITY MACHINE FOR WET AND DRY SPRAYED CONCRETE LININGS AND PEA GRAVEL PNEUMATIC CONVEYANCE

The OCM-068 UNIVERSALE is a machine for wet and dry sprayed concrete applications and for pea gravel pneumatic conveyance with effective output up to 15-16 M3/h.

Its rotor of 30 litres capacity displaced on a diameter of 600 mm makes it the best performing rotor machine in the world, among those known internationally.

Its great possibilities in terms of flow rates suggest its use in combination with a spray arm, in the construction of tunnels of medium/large sizes and in large soil consolidation projects.
The OCM-068 UNIVERSALE is also the solution that allows for rapid backfilling, when mounted on large diameter TBM’s back-up.

Like the smaller OCM-049 MEDIA, this model also allows the feeding hopper to be overturned and the large rotor to be extracted by means of two hydraulic pistons, thus allowing a single person to carry out ordinary maintenance operations with limited effort, quickly and safely.
Finally, the machine can be supplied in the DOSA version which integrates a dosing unit for the liquid quick setting chemical admixtures synchronized with the concrete output, as well as complete with wire or remote radio control, high pressure water pump, modules for the recording and transmission of the main production and operating parameters.
