Rotor machines for wet and dry sprayed concrete applications have always represented the fulcrum of our company's production activity.

The continuous development of this product category has led to today having a complete range, capable of covering all production needs with rotors from 1.8 up to 30 litres of capacity.

The range is divided into four models, the smallest of which are also available in an economical version, called SIMPLEX.

All Ocmer rotor machines of are easy to use and maintain, as well as extremely robust and easy to manoeuvreThey also have automatically lubricated sealing gaskets, high-resistance wear parts, a frequency variator that allows you to adjust the rotation speed of the rotor as desired, a hydraulic rotor’s sealing system (manual for SIMPLEX versions only) that allows to use them in extreme conditions and to optimize costs related to wear.

Finally, the larger models have the exclusive system for overturning the hopper and extracting the heavy rotor by means of two dedicated hydraulic pistons, a circumstance which allows ordinary maintenance operations to be carried out effortlessly and safely.

On request it is possible to mount the dosing unit for the liquid quick setting chemical admixtures (DOSA versions), the high pressure water pump, with cable or radio remote control, digital litres counter,, recording and transmission systems.
