MACHINE FOR THE DRY SPRAYING OF REFRACTORY MASSES

The OCMER OCM-030 COMPATTA features the same pumping groups as the more economic OCM-016 SIMPLEX, but is equipped with the exclusive four-piston hydraulic clamping system of the rotor between the continuously lubricated sealing gaskets. 

System that guarantees automatic compensation of the loss of thickness of gaskets and plates, optimizing wear costs, as well as allowing you to work optimally even in the presence of high pressures inside the pipe (i.e. material with high specific weight or large distances to be reached). 

Like the cheaper model, the OCM-030 COMPATTA is also widely used for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of furnaces, ladles and chimneys, working at best even in the presence of delivery lines in the order of hundreds of metres.

It can be supplied complete with remote control, radio control, digital litres counter, compressed air pressure regulator, high pressure water pump, peristaltic dosing unit for liquid admixtures.
