PISTOL MANIPULATORS FOR FURNACES, LADLES, TUNDISHES

Over the years, OCMER has developed various solutions to mechanize the lining with refractories into tundishes, furnaces and ladles. 

The Ocmer spray arms intended for tundishes’ walls lining are made on the base of their size and location within the department. 

They work in combination with refractory mass mixing and spraying systems. 

Also the manipulators that operate at cold inside furnaces and ladles at cold, in combination with the stations, are designed from time to time accordingly to the input data provided by the Customer.

Therefore, each project adapt itself to the dimensional characteristics of the surfaces to be sprayed and to the enviromental contest where tundishes, furnaces and laddles are located.
