Economical version of the model of the machine rotor of small dimensions, fitted with a manual closing system with four tie rods of the rubber seals on the rotor, between the lubricated gaskets guarantee a perfect operation in any working conditions. The OCM-016 SIMPLEX is suitable for dry spraying of gunite, concrete and refractory mixes, in actual volumes of 0.3 to 3.5 m3/h. Used in works of consolidation of land, shotcrete by dry combustion in small galleries section, caves and mines, restoration of damaged concrete, construction of swimming pools etc. It Is also widely used into the refractory sector for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of furnaces into the steel mills, incinerators, cement factories etc. The machine can be supplied with an electric motor driven from inverter, besides a pneumatic engine, both solutions permits to regulate at will the r.p.m. of the rotor and therefore the machine’s output, allowing to select the production that better fits with the project specific needs. The machine can be finally supplied in its DOSA version with an integrated synchronized dosing unit for the liquid quick setting chemical admixtures. |
