| The OCMER system for sprayed concrete type OCS.D-6896 COMPLETO is normally mounted on a Dieci carrier driven from turbo Diesel engine Perkins, four stokes, for cylinders, 4400 CM3 water cooled delivering 101 HP at 2200 r.p.m.The carrier is moreover endowed with hydrostatic transmission with variable displacement pump, four/two wheels drive, cross motion, anti-tipper, self-locking differential on the front axle, ROPS –FOPS heated soundproof cabin. The system can be as well mounted on a carrier suggested or supplied from the Customer. It is composed from the Ocmer rotor machines type OCM-068 UNIVERSALE able to process wet & dry concrete mixes in effective volume up to 16-18 cubic meters per hour, the dosing unit for liquid quick setting chemical admixtures Ocmer type ODP-018 LIQUIDO with adjustable output from 80 to 700 litres per hour at 10 bars and, finally, from the spraying arm Ocmer type OSM-9600 RAPIDO where the 2000 mm head axial movement allows to operate in a very intuitive way. The system is mainly used into tunnels of medium/large size diameter besides slope consolidation and hydroelectric project. The great manoeuvrability of the Dieci carrier allows its use also in sites difficult to reach that require the passage on extremely rough terrain. |
