SPRAYED CONCRETE ARM
The OCMER arm type OSM-9600 RAPIDO is intended for use in medium/large-sized tunnels, increasing in large extent safety and productivity.
With the axial movement of the head in a horizontal position it is possible to operate in tunnels with diameters from 5 to 15 meters and heights from 4 to 11 metres. This movement allows advances of approximately two metres, keeping the lance perpendicular to the surfaces to be covered in an intuitive way.
The entire structure of the arm and its head are completely protected by robust sheet steel guards.
The movements, all regulated by proportional distributors, allow precise and fast positioning of the arm by acting on the three joysticks of the dedicated radio control.
Oscillating movement at the head excludible with on/off control.
Finally, the OSM-9600 RAPIDO arm can be supplied either in a free standing version or already mounted on a duly stabilized wagon.
