The OCMER shotcrete rig type OCS-4972 COMPLETO, is normally mounted on a duly stabilized tracked undercarriage. Obviously, upon request, it can be supplied on wheels or mounted on an existing carrier.

The system is composed as follows:

• Rotor machine type OCM-049 MEDIA, capable of spraying wet and dry concrete mixes with effective volumes adjustable at the top up to a maximum of 10-11 m3/h.
• Dosing unit OCMER type ODP-018 LIQUIDO, synchronized with the concrete output, to dose the liquid quick setting chemical admixtures in volumes adjustable from 80 to 700 litres/hour at 10 bar.
• Spraying Arm: thanks to its axial head movement, the OCMER OSM-7200 RAPIDO allows you to position and maintain the pistol perpendicular to the surface to be sprayed in a simple and intuitive way.

Designed to operate in small and medium-sized tunnels, it is also often used in ground consolidation and canal bank lining works.
The compact dimensions allow use in narrow and difficult to access areas.

Upon request, the rotor machine can be dismounted to be used in places inaccessible to concrete trucks mixer.
